The Promoter respects the privacy of every Member and every individual who visits the Coinks® website. This Privacy Policy outlines the information the Promoter may collect and how it may use that information. Should you believe this policy is not being followed, or if you have any questions, please contact the Promoter.

Personal Data.

The Promoter will only collect basic personal information as part of our registration process. We will not collect personally identifiable information about you through our website unless you have provided it to us voluntarily. Additional information (such as address details) can be provided by you. However, this is not mandatory. We only request additional information so we can provide you with a more customized and improved service.

When you do provide us with personal data, we may use that information in the following ways:

  • We may store and process that information to better understand your needs and how we can improve our products and services.
  • We may also collect information on your shopping and online activities and {on your preferences when you complete our online questionnaire and poll.

We DO NOT share any of your personal details with 3rd parties, unless:

  • You have decided to take up a certain offer and the Reward Provider requires your details in order to fulfill the offer. In this case we will only provide the Reward Provider with your first name, surname and email.The Reward Provider may need to pass this information on to a fulfilment house in order to process the fulfilment of the offer. Reward Providers are prohibited from contacting you directly, without your express consent.
  • You have decided to participate in a competition, survey or questionnaire and the Reward Provider requires your details in order to validate your entry or response. Reward Providers are prohibited from contacting you directly, without your express consent.
  • We run the Programme as a loyalty service for Pack owners. Therefore by entering a code we reserve the right to pass your email, first name and surname to the Pack owners from which you received the code. Pack owners are not allowed to pass this information on to any other 3rd party and can only contact you via us as the Promoter.
  • You have agreed that we may pass your personal details to third parties to receive offers from them, for example, as a condition when entering a prize draw.

A Member can at any time opt-out of receiving promotional emails by clicking into the 'My account' section located at the top of the website.

Within the 'My account' section, there are three areas. 'Account details' which shows transactions, 'Personal details' where you can change your personal details, and 'Email preferences', where you can opt out from email communication.

Tracking

The Coinks® website uses cookies to track Member login and transactions. Acceptance of cookies is necessary for a Member to use the service and do NOT compromise your personal data in any way.

The Promoter uses secure servers to securely hold your account detail and profile information. We also use secure server software for any additional information you enter through the Coinks® Programme. All sensitive information, such as passwords and bank details are encrypted before storing them on the server.

Passwords

Each Member account is password protected and this information is only released to the Member and never exchanged with third parties. If you have forgotten your password, please visit the 'Forgotten password' section of the Coinks® web site to reset a new password. The Promoter is not responsible for any account activity that results from a Member not keeping their account details secure.
