What are South American Wine Rewards

Some of Chile’s leading wineries have joined together with Coinks to bring you a host of special rewards on their fantastic wines. Look for the special necktags instore and collect promotional codes to exchange for a great selection of rewards and competition entries.

South American Wines is part of Coinks®. This is a network of websites that reward you with discounts, freebies and prize draws from your favourite brands. It's their way of saying thank you for your loyalty.

When you join South American Wines, you’ll also be able to enjoy every website in the Coinks® network.

One username. One password.

Where can I collect points?

Look for the special necktags instore at different times of the year. Promotional necktags will carry unique codes. Each code is worth points which may vary.

How does it work?

Once you've registered on South American Wines you can start entering your codes.

You can then use those points to redeem against rewards

What is Coinks®?

Coinks® is a network of websites that rewards you with discounts, freebies and prize draws from your

favourite brands. It’s their way of saying thank you for your loyalty.

When you register on any Coinks® website you will automatically become a member of the Coinks® network.

That means you can visit any Coinks® website with just one username and one password, including www.coinks.com.

Coinks.com acts as the hub for all websites in the Coinks network. It’s the place to find out about other brand promotions and also discover more rewards and prize draws.

Your Account
How do I set up My Account?

It's easy. Simply head for the Join Up page and complete the form.

You'll need to create a username and a password. We'll send you an email once you register, confirming your username so file that somewhere safe.

Your username and password will work on any Coinks® website.

The email will also contain a link asking you to fully authenticate your account. You don't need to do this to redeem rewards, but it’s a good idea to do it when you've got a spare moment.

Fully authenticating your account tells us that you’re definitely not a spammer or a computer, which is always nice to know!

How do I Sign in to My Account?

That's easy. Once you've created your account, you can Sign in at any time by clicking on the Sign in link in the top right hand corner of any page.

This will take you to the Sign-In page. Pop your username and password into the boxes and click
"Sign in".

I've forgotten my password

Don't worry, it happens to us all and it's easy to fix! Simply, go to the Sign-In page, scroll down and enter your email address. We'll send you an email with a link so you can reset your password.

How do I check My Account?

Sign in and go to the My Account page. You will be able to see how many points you own and what you have spent them on. When you are in the My Account page you can also edit your Personal Details.

How do I change My Account settings?

Sign in and go to the My Account page. You can edit your contact details, unsubscribe from emails and also check your points balance and transaction history.

Codes
How do I enter my code?

To enter your code simply Sign in to your account and go to the Enter Your Code box.

You'll find this on the right hand side of most pages, once you're signed in.

Every Coinks® code is unique and you can only enter it once.

Once you've entered your code, points will then be added to your account and you're ready to reward yourself!

I can't find my code.

Is your bottle one of these brands and does it have a special promotional necktag?

Yes, my bottle is one of these brands and has a special promotional necktag.

There should be a unique code printed on the back of the necktag. If you can't find it, there might be a problem and we'll need to look into it. Please Contact Us and we'll sort it out for you.

Sorry, it looks like the bottle you have bought isn't featuring in the South American Wines promotion. All of our promotional bottles feature a necktag highlighting a special offer.
I can't read my code.

If you've found your code but it's not printed clearly enough to read, then you'll need to Contact Us and we'll sort something out for you.

My code isn't recognised.
  • Are you entering the right code?
    Packs often feature many codes such as batch numbers. Your pack should have some instructions telling you where to find your Coinks unique code (sometimes called a URN or unique reference number) and what to look for, such as number of characters and prefixes.
  • Are you on the right website?
    You can only enter codes on the website specific to that promotion or Coinks.com. Your pack will give you the correct website address.
  • Still having a problem?
    If you’ve found the correct code and you’re on the correct website but your code still isn’t being accepted, then we’ll need to look into it. Please Contact Us with your pack details so we can sort something out for you.
My code has already been entered.

Every code is unique and they can only be entered once. If your code has been entered by another person, you’ll be given the option to claim that the code belongs to you. We may need to ask you for proof of purchase, so hang on to your code.

Keep your codes safe.

Sometimes, you may be asked to send us codes as proof of purchase, so hang on to them and keep them safe. Each code is unique and can only be entered once. Please don't give your codes to anyone else. There are some pretty nifty security alerts on the system that monitor any unusual activity, so it might freeze your account.

Prize draws

We work closely with The Institute of Promotional Marketing (IPM) to make sure our prize draws meet with their recommendations. We will always give you all the details you need before you enter a prize draw.

Swapping points for your entry

You will need to swap points for your entry and we will always show how many points you will need to enter. Sometimes these will need to be a certain 'type' of point. Read on and we'll explain.

Extra entries

Some prize draws will allow you to exchange more points for extra entries and improve your chances further.

The amount of additional entries you will get per point depends on the prize draw and will always give you the information before you swap points for extra entries.

How do you draw the winner of the prize draw?

The winner is randomly drawn by an automated computer system. The winner will usually be notified by email or by phone if a number has been provided.

I live in Northern Ireland and believe I can have a free entry to the prize draw?

Due to the Gaming Laws that govern Northern Ireland, that's correct. Residents of Northern Ireland only can alternatively enter without product purchase by sending their name, address, contact number and email address, together with written confirmation that they are aged at least 18, to Hive Online Ltd, Woodland Granaries, Narrow Lane, Wymeswold, Leicestershire LE12 6SD. Only one entry per stamped envelope.
